Return, Refund and Warranty

We stand behind our products and we want to ensure you be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you are ever dissatisfied with the products you have purchased, don't worry, the return/refund process is easy! Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will take care of you from there. Please call or email us at first to get a RMA# before you return your goods.


Refund is issued for defective products purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. For products that are over one year old, customer will be issued a store credit. Unopened products should be returned within 30 days in order to receive full refund. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, please report to us about any problems, including misplaced orders, lost packages or incorrectly ordered products within 30 days of the original order dates.


All products carry 1 full year warranty.
